Default rule
Subscription charges are non-refundable by default
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscription charges are non-refundable as a default policy unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Macro by Mark may review limited refund requests case by case, most often for an unintended trial conversion where the user contacts support promptly and has not made meaningful use of the paid plan after conversion.
Cancellation
Canceling stops future charges
You can cancel a subscription through the Stripe customer portal where that portal is available for your account. Cancellation stops future charges and paid access continues through the end of the period already paid for.
If the portal is unavailable or an account cannot reach it, contact support@macrobymark.com with the account email used for billing.
Trials
Trial conversions
Where a free trial is offered, checkout states the trial period and collects a payment method. The payment method is charged when the trial ends unless the trial is canceled before then. Stripe sends a reminder email before the trial ends when that flow is active.
A refund review for an unintended trial conversion should be requested promptly after the charge appears. Review does not guarantee a refund.
Institutional accounts
Annual and invoiced contracts
Annual, invoiced, classroom, or institutional arrangements may use separate order-form terms. Refund, cancellation, non-renewal, and payment timing for those accounts are handled through the signed agreement if one exists.
Contract questions can be sent to legal@macrobymark.com.
Requests
How to request review
Email support@macrobymark.com with the account email, charge date, Stripe receipt if available, and a short explanation. Do not include full card numbers.
The Terms of Use remain the controlling public terms unless a written agreement says otherwise.
