Operator

Current legal posture

Macro by Mark is operated by Mark Jayson Nation, a solo founder based in Nevada, United States. This page does not claim that Macro by Mark is an LLC, corporation, registered DBA, or separate legal entity.

If business registration, entity formation, or assumed-name filings change, this page and the legal policies should be updated before that status is used in buyer materials.

Self-serve

Stripe subscriptions today

Current self-serve paid plans use Stripe checkout and Stripe billing records. The public Terms of Use and Refund Policy govern unless a separate written agreement applies.

Privacy terms

DPA review path

A data processing addendum is available as a review path for institutional engagements that require privacy terms beyond the public policies. Macro by Mark does not publish a standard public DPA template today.

DPA, international-transfer, SCC, subprocessor, and DSAR questions should be sent to privacy@macrobymark.com.

Commercial terms

MSA and order-form review path

Annual invoicing, classroom access, institutional seats, negotiated MSA terms, and order-form terms can be reviewed for qualified institutional buyers. Review does not guarantee acceptance of custom terms, service levels, warranties, indemnities, procurement formats, or insurance language.

Contract requests should be sent to legal@macrobymark.com.

Security review

Procurement and security material

The Procurement Pack, Trust page, Subprocessors page, and SOC 2 Path are the public starting points for buyer review.

Security questionnaires, vendor-risk forms, evidence requests, and insurance questions are handled during institutional contract review. They should not be read as a public guarantee of approval, coverage, uptime, or attestation.
